If you don't understand the language you can take help from the clumsy Google translator. Whatever you do don't make a stupid post, as that is the fastest way to get yourself banned from a forum, more so if it happens to be one of the links in Angela's link packets ;) @Victor,

One great thing about their packets is that even a newbie could build backlinks easily with no tech knowledge. So, until one's skills develop, the packets are a great way to start!
