I register all my domains there (now). The interface is user friendly, and you automatically get 1 free email address with your domain which redirects to your normal email address. Best of all they aren't constantly trying to sell you additional services when you buy from them. I love Namecheap.

None, apart from the usual domain transfer fee charged by your host; if they charge you any other extraneous fees, then run, don't walk, because they are perhaps scamming you! :)

That is why I always keep my hosting and domain service providers separate. That is the single reason why I have not purchased any web hosting from namecheap even though:
